SunBriteTV models are available in two series—Solad and Veranda 4—and are specialized televisions designed for outdoor use. Unlike standard consumer TVs, they are protected from external factors, have a virtually sealed casing, and can withstand brief exposure to moisture, as well as being equipped with high-brightness screens to compensate for external lighting.

The Veranda 4 series is designed for use in fully enclosed or shaded areas, such as covered terraces or porches. However, direct sunlight must not be allowed to hit the TVs; if direct sunlight hits the display, it will break, black spots will appear on it, and the display structure will be damaged.

The Solis series, on the other hand, is designed for installation in direct sunlight. These models are equipped with brighter panels, and the screen is protected by a special UV-absorbing coating and features an improved cooling system to prevent overheating. However, it is important to understand that, even though the model is called Full Sun, it should not be placed in direct sunlight. You will not be able to see the image because it will lose brightness, and the TV will overheat.

Solis Series 2025–2026

According to SunBriteTV, all of its TVs are equipped with UHD panels developed by LG Display, featuring an RGBW (M+) structure and a resolution of 3840×2160. This type of IPS panel was originally introduced by LG back in 2015. However, in 2024, LG sold all of its LCD panel manufacturing facilities to the Chinese company TCL. As a result, although the design itself is around 10 years old and originates from LG, the panels are now manufactured by TCL.

The display uses direct LED backlighting and is claimed to support HDR10, but in reality it cannot properly display HDR content due to the use of an 8-bit panel. It operates at a 60 Hz refresh rate, has a contrast ratio of 1100:1, and a color gamut of 72% NTSC, which is relatively low by modern standards. In this case, image quality is not the priority; instead, the focus is on brightness, which can reach up to 1500 nits.

The TV is enclosed in a powder-coated aluminum chassis with an IP55 rating, providing protection against dust and short water exposure. It is designed to operate within a temperature range of 0 °C to 50 °C and supports a standard VESA 400×400 mounting pattern.

The device is assembled using LG components and runs on webOS 22 (2022). LG is expected to continue using this operating system in 2026, with only minor interface changes. The TV supports Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and Bluetooth 5.0, and also includes Apple AirPlay 2 for wireless streaming. It is equipped with three HDMI inputs supporting HDMI 2.1, with eARC available on one port, as well as a composite input via an adapter. Audio is delivered through built-in 2 × 8 W speakers, with additional output options including optical (Toslink) and 3.5 mm.

Veranda 4 Series 2025–2026

The SunBriteTV Veranda 4 Series is an outdoor TV designed for use in fully shaded areas, such as covered patios and terraces; it should not be placed in direct sunlight. It features a UHD panel with an RGBW (M+) pixel structure and a resolution of 3840×2160, similar to the Solis series. The display brightness is 600 nits. The panel operates at a standard refresh rate of 60 Hz.

The housing is made of powder-coated aluminum and has an IP55 rating, providing protection against dust and water. It is designed to operate at temperatures ranging from 0 °C to 50 °C.

The TV runs on LG webOS 22 and is equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet modules, as well as Bluetooth support. The TV supports Apple AirPlay 2 and Google Chromecast.

Connectivity options include three HDMI inputs, one of which supports HDMI 2.1 and eARC. Audio is played through built-in 2 × 8 W speakers, and additional output options include an optical (Toslink) and a 3.5 mm analog jack, to which SunBrite all-weather soundbars can be connected.

It’s worth noting that the TVs come with a two-year warranty for home use and a one-year warranty for commercial use.
